HEETS to TEREA: which TEREA replaces your HEETS

HEETS to TEREA flavor chart

Three HEETS flavors in this chart have an official TEREA match: IQOS shows "Matches HEETS" on TEREA Silver, Amber and Sienna. For the others the names or descriptions line up, but IQOS pairs no TEREA with them by name, so the last column says how close each pairing is.

HEETS	TEREA	How close
HEETS Silver	TEREA Silver	Official IQOS match
HEETS Amber	TEREA Amber	Official IQOS match
HEETS Sienna	TEREA Sienna	Official IQOS match
HEETS Teak Selection	TEREA Teak	Same IQOS label and description
HEETS Russet Selection	TEREA Russet	Same IQOS label and description
HEETS Blue	TEREA Blue	Same IQOS wording, both tagged Blue Selection
HEETS Turquoise	TEREA Turquoise	Same IQOS flavor wording
HEETS Mauve	TEREA Purple Wave	Same name in the UK (TEREA Mauve), similar IQOS wording
HEETS Yellow Label	TEREA Yellow	Same IQOS wording, both tagged Yellow Selection

Why HEETS don't work in IQOS ILUMA

The two sticks are built for two different heating systems. The earlier IQOS devices heat HEETS with a blade that pierces the tobacco. IQOS ILUMA has no blade: it uses the SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM, which warms a thin metal element sealed inside every TEREA stick. A HEETS stick has no such element, so an ILUMA device cannot heat it, and IQOS states that ILUMA works with SMARTCORE sticks only. It works the other way round too: IQOS warns that TEREA can damage an earlier blade-heated IQOS.

So switching from HEETS means switching both device and sticks. All current ILUMA models take TEREA; our IQOS ILUMA page compares them.

How to switch from HEETS to TEREA

1. Find your HEETS flavor in the chart above.
2. If it has an official match, start with that TEREA: Silver, Amber or Sienna.
3. If the match is by label or wording, start with that TEREA flavor; IQOS does not name it as a one-to-one match.
4. Pair the sticks with an IQOS ILUMA device; TEREA do not fit the earlier blade models.

Not sure where to start? Each flavor page has a guide with IQOS intensity ratings and a comparison with its neighbors, and the TEREA USA catalog lists every flavor by strength and cooling.

TEREA flavors with no HEETS version

Some TEREA flavors are new with ILUMA. The Pearl flavors carry a capsule you click to add cooling, usually with fruit, and IQOS names no HEETS match for them: TEREA Oasis Pearl moves from creamy, nutty tobacco to passion fruit and menthol, and TEREA Sun Pearl from spicy herbs to watermelon and menthol.

Buying TEREA in the USA

USA Get Stick sells TEREA sticks and IQOS ILUMA devices; we do not sell HEETS. Every TEREA flavor comes as a sealed carton of 200 sticks, 10 packs of 20, and the cards below show each carton's price and whether it is in stock. Orders ship from inside the United States on the next business day after payment is confirmed, with tracking, and two or more cartons, or any order with a device, go by free Priority delivery. Full terms are on the shipping and returns page.

TEREA sticks contain nicotine, which is addictive; we sell to adults 21 and over only. USA Get Stick is an independent store, not affiliated with IQOS or Philip Morris International.

HEETS and TEREA FAQ

Can I use HEETS in IQOS ILUMA?

No. IQOS ILUMA heats SMARTCORE sticks such as TEREA by induction and has no blade, so HEETS do not work in it.

HEETS vs TEREA: is TEREA the same as HEETS?

No. They are different sticks for different devices. For Silver, Amber and Sienna IQOS names the TEREA flavor as the match for the HEETS one; for the other flavors in our chart it does not.

What TEREA replaces HEETS Amber?

TEREA Amber, which IQOS names as the match for HEETS Amber. The same goes for HEETS Silver and TEREA Silver, and HEETS Sienna and TEREA Sienna.

What TEREA is closest to HEETS Turquoise?

TEREA Turquoise, which IQOS describes in the same flavor wording as HEETS Turquoise, although it names no official match.

Which HEETS flavors have an official TEREA match?

In our chart, HEETS Silver, Amber and Sienna.

Can I use TEREA in an older IQOS?

No. TEREA are made for IQOS ILUMA, and IQOS warns they can damage an earlier blade-heated IQOS.

Do you sell HEETS?

No. We sell TEREA and LEVIA sticks and IQOS ILUMA devices; the chart on this page shows the TEREA flavor to choose instead of each HEETS it lists.
