Priority delivery is free from 2 cartons or with any device. A single carton on its own costs $8 to ship.

Overnight delivery costs $45 for any order.

Transit times shown at checkout are carrier estimates counted from the day the package ships, not a promised delivery day.

Your order ships the next business day after we confirm your payment. Until then the items are reserved for you. The tracking number appears on your order page and in the shipping email.

If tracking stalls or the package never arrives, reply to your order email and we trace it with the carrier. If a package is lost in transit through no fault of yours, we reship it free.

Send photos of the package and the item to support@usagetstick.com within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number. Once we confirm the problem, we send a replacement.

We do not accept returns or exchanges because a flavor or product did not suit you. If you are unsure which flavor to pick, the catalog lists taste, strength and cooling for every carton.
