Privacy policy

At checkout: your name, email address and US shipping address, plus the items you ordered and the delivery and payment method you chose. If you create an account: your login details. If you write to us: your message. We do not store card numbers; payments are made through the payment service for the method you chose.

To process, ship and support your orders, and to send you the emails about them: payment details, confirmation, tracking and answers to your questions.

We do not sell your data, share it for marketing, or use it for advertising.

Only the services needed to complete an order, and only what each one needs: the delivery carrier gets your name and address; the payment service for your chosen method gets the amount and the order reference; our email provider gets your address and the order emails.

A session cookie keeps your cart and your login while you browse. Your browser also remembers that you confirmed your age so the prompt does not repeat on every page. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Accounts are optional. Passkeys and two-factor sign-in are available in your security settings. You can sign out of other devices from there as well.

Email support@usagetstick.com to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Records of completed orders are kept for as long as accounting rules require.
