Only TEREA cartons count; devices do not. A carton is counted the moment its package leaves us with a tracking number, not when you order or pay, so a cancelled order never counts. When an order ships in several packages, each package adds its cartons as it goes. A replacement package sent for a lost or damaged one is not counted twice.

Cartons are tallied per email address. Orders placed while signed in and guest orders under the same email all add up to one count.

Every 10 cartons earn a personal code worth 5% off the whole of your next order. The code is emailed to you the day it is earned, works once, is valid for 90 days, and only works for orders placed with the email address it was issued to, or from the account that earned it. Delivery is charged as usual and is never discounted.

The count keeps going after each reward: the 10th, 20th, 30th carton each earn a code.

A code is never added on top of a bundle saving. If a bundle in your cart already saves more than the code would, the bundle applies and the code is not used: it stays yours for a later order, until it expires. If the code saves more, it applies and the bundle saving is set aside for that order. The cart shows which one is counted before you place the order. One promo code per order.

Every account has an invite code and link under Rewards. A friend who has never ordered here gets 5% off their first order with it. Once that order ships, you get a personal 5% code, valid for 90 days, by email.

The invite works for a first order only, once per email address, and not for the person who owns it. One thank-you code per friend. Invite codes follow the same rule as every other code: they do not combine with a bundle saving.

You do not need an account to earn: rewards go to the email on your order. An account is where you see your carton count, every code you hold, and your invite link. You can create one from any order page in one step.

We may change the numbers above or end the program. Codes already issued keep working until their expiry date. A code obtained by creating extra email addresses or accounts to game the count may be cancelled. The program is for adults 21 and older, like everything else here.
