How ordering works
Five steps from cart to doorstep, and what to expect at each one.
Steps
- 1
Choose
Add cartons or a device to your cart from the catalog. A bundle with a saving applies automatically when the same items are in your cart. A promo code goes in at the cart or at checkout; a code and a bundle never combine, the larger saving applies. Every carton that ships counts towards a personal reward code.
- 2
Place the order
Enter your US address, pick Priority or Overnight delivery and a payment method. Nothing is charged at this step; the price you see is what you pay, plus the delivery you chose.
- 3
Pay
We email the payment details. Your items stay reserved for 24 hours from that email. Want to cancel? Reply to the email before you pay.
- 4
We ship
Once we confirm your payment the order goes to fulfillment and ships the next business day, from the US, in plain packaging. The tracking number lands on your order page and in the shipping email.
- 5
Track
Every order has a private page; the link is in every order email. Lost the emails? Use Track an order and we send the link again.
Payment methods
PayPal, Zelle transfer, Crypto (USDT, BTC and more).
The details for your chosen method arrive by email after you place the order. There is no card form on the site.
Delivery cost
Priority delivery is free from 2 cartons or with any device; Overnight is a flat extra. The exact amounts are on the Shipping & returns page and at checkout before you place the order.
If something is out of stock after you paid
We offer a replacement at the same price, or you can wait for the original or drop the line. You choose on your order page, and we email you when there is something to decide.
Accounts
Optional. An account keeps your orders and address in one place, offers one-tap reorders and supports passkeys and two-factor sign-in. You can also save a guest order to an account from its order page.
