USA Get Stick sells TEREA cartons and IQOS ILUMA devices to adults in the United States. Orders ship from the US. Questions go to support@usagetstick.com.

Nicotine products are sold to adults 21 and older. By placing an order you confirm that you are 21 or older. We may decline or cancel an order we cannot accept.

Every price is in US dollars and final. No tax or other charge is added at checkout. The only amount added is the delivery option you choose, shown before you place the order.

Your order is placed the moment you confirm checkout, and the items are reserved for you. We email the payment details for the method you chose. The order moves to fulfillment only after we confirm your payment. If payment does not arrive within the window stated in that email, the reservation is released and the order closes.

You can cancel any time before you pay: reply to your order email. Once payment is confirmed the order is in fulfillment and can no longer be cancelled by you. If we have to cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount the same way you paid.

We ship the next business day after your payment is confirmed. Delivery options, their cost and transit times are described on the Shipping & returns page. Transit times are carrier estimates, not a promised delivery day.

We do not accept returns because a product did not suit you. If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email photos within 24 hours of delivery. Once we confirm the problem, we send a replacement.

An account is optional. If you create one, keep your password or passkey private; actions taken with your login count as yours.

Shipped cartons earn personal promo codes, and inviting a friend earns one more. A code never combines with a bundle saving: the larger saving applies and the code waits for a later order. The rules, limits and what counts are on the Rewards & referrals page, which is part of these terms.

A TEREA carton contains 10 packs of 20 sticks. TEREA sticks work only with IQOS ILUMA devices. Product photos show the exact item listed.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after it appears here.
