Support
Terms of service
The short version of how buying here works. Plain language, no surprises at checkout.
Who we are
USA Get Stick sells TEREA cartons and IQOS ILUMA devices to adults in the United States. Orders ship from the US. Questions go to support@usagetstick.com.
Adults only
Nicotine products are sold to adults 21 and older. By placing an order you confirm that you are 21 or older. We may decline or cancel an order we cannot accept.
Prices
Every price is in US dollars and final. No tax is added at checkout. The delivery option you choose is added to the order and shown before you place it.
PayPal adds an 8% payment fee, shown at checkout before you place the order. It is calculated on the order after any discount, delivery included, and appears as its own line on your order and in every email about it. The other payment methods add nothing.
Placing an order
Your order is placed the moment you confirm checkout, and the items are reserved for you. We email the payment details for the method you chose. The order moves to fulfillment only after we confirm your payment. If payment does not arrive within the window stated in that email, the reservation is released and the order closes.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time before you pay: reply to your order email. Once payment is confirmed the order is in fulfillment and can no longer be cancelled by you. If we have to cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount the same way you paid.
Delivery
We ship the next business day after your payment is confirmed. Delivery options, their cost and transit times are described on the Shipping & returns page. Transit times are carrier estimates, not a promised delivery day.
Replacements, not returns
We do not accept returns because a product did not suit you. If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email photos within 24 hours of delivery. Once we confirm the problem, we send a replacement.
Accounts
An account is optional. If you create one, keep your password or passkey private; actions taken with your login count as yours.
Rewards and referral codes
Shipped cartons earn personal promo codes, and inviting a friend earns one more. A code never combines with a bundle saving: the larger saving applies and the code waits for a later order. The rules, limits and what counts are on the Rewards & referrals page, which is part of these terms.
Product information
A TEREA carton contains 10 packs of 20 sticks. TEREA sticks work only with IQOS ILUMA devices. Product photos show the exact item listed.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after it appears here.
Comments
Customers with an account and a confirmed email address can leave comments under our products. By posting you confirm that you are 21 or older. Write about your own experience with the product.
We read a customer's first comment before it appears, and any comment with links, contact details, claims about health, safety, quitting, the FDA or legality, or about where a product comes from. We remove spam, advertising, personal details, abuse and such claims, and we may trim a comment to take out what breaks these rules. We never remove a comment because it is negative.
A comment is the opinion of the customer who wrote it, not of USA Get Stick. You keep what you write and let us show it on this site; you can delete it at any time. An account that keeps breaking these rules may lose the ability to comment.
